Hi, I have been working in child care for the past 16 years and enjoy working with children watching them grow and develop. I live with my husband and our 2 children. I provide a professional, quality childcare service in a safe, friendly and relaxed home from home environment. I provide a vast range of activities such as creative arts & crafts, baking, music and movement, messy play, role play, small world, small part play and much more. All activities meeting the EYFS standards. I also have an secure enclosed garden which the children have access to again with lots of different resources. I offer a wide range of experiences for the children to take part in within the local area. I am able to take all types of funding for 2,3 & 4 year olds for up to 30 hours free childcare per week. I expect Tax free childcare as well as work scheme vouchers.

Support for children and young people with SEN and disabilities

I am able to offer a welcoming, homely and inclusive setting that will support the children individual needs. I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. I very much believe in learning through play. Each child is treated as an individual, and I pride myself on knowing each child well, and I know what stage of development they are at, and what their next steps are. I have completed Role of SenCo training which is kept up to date. All children will be valued and respected they will be heard and understood whilst maintaining a secure attachment in a nurturing environment. I will work in partnership with parents to ensure consistency for the child. At my setting I provide an inclusion environment where all children have the opportunity to thrive. I have experience with children with all different additional needs.
