Academy School. At St Mary’s we believe that all children thrive in an environment in which they are happy, challenged and secure. We have high expectations of all our children, and work hard to enable each to achieve their potential. We aim to develop their self-confidence and independence, recognising that every one has a part to play as a responsible member of our learning community. The curriculum is broad and balanced with emphasis upon the development of social and emotional skills which provide secure foundations for the academic, creative and physical development of all our children. Headteacher: Mr Alan Frame. *School Information. School nurse visit at regular intervals to carry out checks on specific children. She also runs 'drop in' sessions a couple of times a year.
