Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Local Offer

Support for children and young people with SEN and disabilities
Prime Time is an inclusive club and has a SEN policy and we acknowledge that each child should be considered as the individual they are. We ask you to disclose all details on the registration forms where there is a section on your child's needs. We will fully talk to you as parents/carers and any other professionals who know your child well such as teachers, early help support workers and health/social care professionals so we can all together make the correct decision for your child . Each child is looked at as an individual and we assess what reasonable adjustments can be made to support your child to attend club. We never wish for any child to be set up to fail by a lack of proper thought and consideration by the adults supporting them, therefore we will always need lots of notice so there is time to consult with others and reach a decision on a child''s ability to attend, taking into account their needs, the set up of the club, any additional support that may be needed and any possible funding for this alongside Prime Time''s ability to provide additional resources or staffing.
