- All staff have completed intensive inclusion training. <br/>The experienced SENCO holds a level 3 SENCO award and is completing a masters degree in education with a specialism in inclusive practice. <br/><br/>A sensory room is being developed to support children with a range of needs, acting as a calming area, sensory exploration, a space for small group work such as attention autism and wellcomm assessments.
