Crohn's and Colitis UK is the working name for the National Association for Colitis and Crohn's Disease (NACC). Its aims are to improve life for everyone affected by Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).
They offer information and support services to people who are living with IBD and raise funds to support research into the medical, health care, social and psychological aspects of IBD. Their mission is to work with all those affected by these conditions to achieve a better quality of life, improve services, and ultimately find a cure. We want to see a world in which people’s lives are not limited by Crohn’s and Colitis.

- NACC was founded as a national voluntary association in the United Kingdom in 1979 and now has more than 30,000 members throughout the United Kingdom. The association welcomes as members anyone who has colitis or Crohn's disease, their families and friends, health professionals and anyone who wishes to support our activities. NACC responds to thousands of enquiries each year and, since 1984, its members have raised over £3 million for research.
