Radipole Pre-School
Radipole Pre-school offers full day care and learning in a small, caring and friendly environment. We are a Committee run Pre-school and involve our parents in the running of the setting. As an experienced and qualified team we are able to provide high quality learning through play based fun activities. We currently have one intake in September. We are able to offer 30 hour funding. Parents are able to choose their sessions and may reserve extra sessions later in the term if places are still available. Please give me a ring if you need to discuss any aspect about our Pre-school. I recommend that you contact the Preschool as soon as possible and put your child on our intake list. We have a broad curriculum which covers essential everyday skills, communication and social skills. Plus we have themes to enhance the learning and education of all our children.

Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Local Offer
- Support for children and young people with SEN and disabilities
- When a child starts, they will be allocated a Key Person who with the other staff will observe and assess your child while they play and make observations about their development, speech and interactions with the other children and staff. From these observations we monitor, review and talk to the parents about the best possible outcomes and decide together on what we can do. There are many different ways we can support your child depending on their needs. It may be one to one support, support from other agencies such as your Health Visitor, Portage or Speech and Language. Whatever we do it will be with the full support and involvement of the parents. The curriculum will be planned by the key Person and SENCo to the needs of your child taking into account their developmental stage, physical development and communication. We also include any interests your child has at home. We all work together on a Support Plan, assessing and reviewing the plan regularly. Our SENCo works closely with her Deputy SENCo, Manager and key persons. She has experience with completing Individual Support Plans and completing E.H.C.P. We have regular Narrative Play Sessions working with small groups.
