Additional Information

Parents can use their Early Years funding entitlement Monday to Friday 9am to midday and 1pm to 3.30pm. We also run an After School Club 3.30pm - 5.30pm and a Breakfast Club 7.45am - 9am. Provision has an inclusion / equal opportunities policy. Please note that a place in a school nursery does not guarantee admission to the school on site. Parents/carers must apply for a place at the school if you want your child to transfer to the school’s reception class. Support for children and young people with SEN and disabilities

Staff have all completed inclusion training. A number of staff have also completed autism awareness training. All staff are able to use the Promoting Early Interactive Conversations (PEIC-D) and Picture Exchange Communication system (PECs) to support communication development. We endeavour to support all children with additional needs and liaise with parents and other agencies to plan how we can meet the needs of individual children. We have a full time SENCO and Inclusion Champion who makes referrals. Parents are welcome to contact the setting for more information.
