My name is Debbie and I teach both Adult and Children yoga in Weymouth. I have been practising Yoga for about 7 years now and teaching for just under 3 years. I have various classes that I teach in Weymouth both on evenings and in the daytime, for all levels, from beginner to the more practiced yogi. I am a qualified Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher and feel that we need to encourage the little yogis of the world so that they benefit from this amazing practice early on in their life, so they feel the benefits both physically and mentally going forwards in life. I have very recently also become qualified in both Pre and Post-Natal Yoga and also Mother and Baby.
