You can also contact our Rethink Mental Illness Advice Service which offers practical help on issues such as the Mental Health Act, community care, welfare benefits, debt, criminal justice and carers rights. They also offer general help on living with mental illness, medication, care and treatment. The line is open Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4pm on 0300 5000 927. See our website for more information.

Self referral or through an agency. A meeting and clinical assessment will be arranged - if does not meet referral criteria will be monitored and kept on file for 3 months.
