We are able to prepare and manage educational plans that will promote development by working in partnership with home and other professionals involved, we also have experience of seeking inclusion funding and preparing successful Educational Health Care Plans. We have strong links with schools, organising team meetings to ensure smooth transitions. We support learning and development by adapting our premises and resources where appropriate, preparing Individual Educational Plans and by differentiating activities, we promote learning in small groups and through individual support.
