Purbeck Citizens Advice offers free, confidential, impartial and independent advice on debt, consumer issues, benefits, housing, legal matters, employment, immigration and further information for families including education, health and relationships. Citizens Advice in East Dorset and Purbeck is an independent charity that provides free, confidential and impartial advice and support. Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever their problem. We have offices in Wareham and Wimborne and have outreach centres across East Dorset and Purbeck and are part of the Citizens Advice network in Dorset and across England and Wales.

We are open for drop in advice and appointments on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, from 10am to 2pm. Telephone advice is available Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. Other offices at Swanage, Lytchett Matravers, Upton and Bovington. Swanage Citizens Advice (Town Hall, High Street, Swanage) is open on Monday and Wednesday, 10.15am to 2pm. Lytchett Matravers Citizens Advice (Lytchett Matravers Library) is open from 10am to 12.30pm on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays each month. Upton Citizens Advice (Town Council Offices, Moorland Parade, Upton) is open for drop in gateway sessions on Monday from 9.15am to 12.30pm. Bovington (The Hive, Bovington Camp, Wareham) is open on Tuesday from 9.30am to 1pm.
