- Longham Pre-school will charge an attendance fee prior to a child becoming eligible for ‘Government Early Education’ funding. In the term following a child’s third birthday, attendance fees will only be charged if all the funding is being allocated to another provider. Fees are currently £17.55 per morning session or £35.10 for a whole day. £5.85 per hour. These fees will be requested on a half termly basis. Some aspects are not covered by the ‘Government Early Education’ funding. The additional services charge covers access to Tapestry, hygiene consumables, snack bar, seasonal activities and other enrichment activities such a yoga, baking, crafts, gardening etc. This charge is £1 per hour. You are entitled to opt-out of the additional services charge; however it will mean you will lose out on the benefits mentioned above. Although you are entitled to provide your own snacks if you wish. The decision to opt in or out must be made at the start of each half term to facilitate invoicing. Breakfast and Lunch Clubs are optional. Breakfast Club starts at 8.15am and lunch club finishes at 12.55pm. It is £5.85 per club or £1.85 if your child receives funding.

- Setting re-registered on 2 February 2021, we are the same setting just with a new legal status, Ofsted inspection Feb 2019 is still relevant. We would be delighted to show any prospective family around our setting. Please phone to arrange an appointment on 01202 578436. Our provision has an 'Equality Promotion and Valuation of Diversity Policy' - please take a look at our website www.longhampreschool.co.uk. Parents can use their Early Education funding at any time during opening times. We accept Pupil Premium, and funding for 2 year olds if meeting the requirements.

- Further training to enable the care of a specific need would be willingly undertaken. <br/>Our pre-school is situated in a large church hall and is set up afresh on a daily basis. The layout can be altered to accommodate changes according to need if required.

Longham Pre-school provides an environment in which all children, including those with special educational needs (SEN), are supported to reach their full potential. Working in partnership with parents and the children and their voice. We have regard for the Special Educational Needs Code of Practice (2014) (SEND). We ensure our provision is inclusive to all children with special educational needs. We support parents and children with special educational needs. We identify the specific needs of children with special educational needs and meet those needs through a range of SEN strategies. We work in partnership with parents and other agencies in meeting individual children's needs. We monitor and review our policy, practice and provision and, if necessary, make adjustments.
