Hypnobirthing has given thousands of women the tools to have a more relaxed and calm birth and I pride myself on giving each person individualised advice and teaching throughout the course and beyond. Group classes, 1 to 1 and refresher classes available in a lovely location in central Bridport. Also currently offering online courses via Zoom.
