Specialist Special Education Needs (SEN) Provision. Winchelsea is a Special School committed to meeting the educational needs of children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP). These needs include Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autistic Spectrum Disorders (including Asperger Syndrome), Downs Syndrome and mild sensory and physical impairments.
