Holtwood is a smallholding of 15 acres on tenanted Dorset Council agricultural land, set in idyllic surroundings near Wimborne. It provides the perfect opportunity for young people with learning difficulties, mental health problems, autism etc. to gain first hand experience of farming, food production and the countryside. Meet the animals, learn about fresh food production, help with conservation work, develop social skills, learn about construction and building techniques, develop countryside skills.
