Sheiling College

Sheiling College is an Independent Specialist College which provides quality care and education for people aged 19-25 with moderate, severe and complex learning disabilities including young adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorders and those who may experience challenges with behaviour and communication. The College can offer day or residential places for 38 weeks per year. We provide a safe, inclusive and uplifting environment which aims to meet the needs of the whole person. Sheiling College thrives as a small organisation where all staff knows each of our students well, offering a bespoke environment where individuals feel valued. We aim to maximise the educational and social opportunities of community living, within a safe and secure environment, as a stepping-stone for each student’s fulfilment of their potential.

The Sheiling College is a national college, this is not a free service, fees are calculated on an individual basis and an Education and Health Care Plan is normally required to fund a place.
