Mrs Aimee Motson

I have 15 years of experience of working in early years. I work with an assistant, Jo Camp. We work very closely together to ensure the welfare and development of the children. We plan in the moment to provide an stimulating environment that will support the children's individual needs, next steps and interests in line with the EYFS. The children can freely choose and access open ended resources to explore. I have a large play room that also has access to the garden to allow free flow to the outside area. We carry out a risk assessment to ensure the children are safe and secure. We make the most of the environment around us with trips to the beach, parks, woods and local attractions such as farms and sea life. I have Level 3 safe guarding and my assistant has level 2. We both have paediatric first aid training.
