Change - Equal Rights For People With Learning Disabilities

Change believe that people with learning disabilities are the experts on the changes they need to lead a good quality of life and to get equal access to employment, healthcare, housing, community involvement and information they can understand. Change is a national human rights organisation led by disabled people, working to build an inclusive society where people with learning disabilities are treated equally. We employ people with learning disabilities to co-lead and co-develop all of our work with the same salary, status and responsibilities as non-disabled colleagues.
