The activities planned are age appropriate. There are lots of activities and outings planned. There are transport facilities for mini bus pick-ups to and from school and our outings range from educational trips to the Local Fire station.

Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Local Offer
- Support for children and young people with SEN and disabilities
Staff at the afterschool club have basic training with children with SEN, and where applicable we change and adapt the environment and our practice to meet each child’s individual needs. We are on the 1st floor which is accessible by stairs. In the past with have supported children with varying individual needs at the setting, and we welcome other professional’s to come in and support the team with varying training which may be appropriate for each child or young person. We currently do not have a 1:1 support worker at the setting. The setting has a SENCO who co-ordinates all support of each child and will make contact with the relevant professional’s for referrals and support, where needed.
